Bennita was hooked on the financial world at an early age. At 22 Bennita was employed by auditors in Vredenburg, and eventually moved on to work for three Audit Firms over a period of 15 years.
Wanting to expand her knowledge Bennita explored the IT field and was offered a position at an IT firm in Paarl where she worked for more than 5 years. This experience gave Bennita a very good background in Information Technology as she became involved in programming and training. Although the IT industry was an exciting one, Bennita couldn’t help but return to her roots, finance.
Bennita went on and became the Financial Manager for Working for Water Project of SANParks for more than 6 years, after which the company moved offices to Pretoria.
This gave Bennita the inspiration that she needed to start Adminwiz, a Bookkeeping and Admin company in March 2003, from her home in the Strand. Confident that she could deliver a great service to her clients with all her Financial, IT and people relationships knowledge built up over many years, Adminwiz grew rapidly and Bennita realised that to give proper support to her growing client base she had to start employing staff. By the time the Business had 6 staff members the home office got too small and in March 2009 Bennita moved the Adminwiz office to the Gants Centre where it’s still doing business today.
Bennita is very fond of her clients and staff. She believes in loyalty, transparency and always maintains good relationships. Needlework and crafts are her passions, and she loves nature.

Hania joined Adminwiz in 2007, and thrives in the systematic and detailed orientated environment that bookkeeping requires. Put those two things together, and you have the perfect environment for a true pro who loves to deliver for her customers. Hania is all about service and accuracy, which is why her customers have such confidence in her. Her experience affords her to advise her customers when it comes to the bigger financial picture within their businesses.
Although Hania has a BA degree in Psychology & English, she loves Finances most. Hania has experience in bookkeeping, creditors, logistics and bookkeeping for a wine farm where wine tasting became part and parcel of the job and she learned the differences between a variety of white and red wines.
Hania enjoys hiking, camping, going to the gym, wine and general social activities.

Lucilla joined Adminwiz in 2006 and she’s one of the most positive people you’ll ever meet. With a life motto: “You always go the extra mile because you’ll reap the crop at the end of the day” there is not much that Lucille doesn’t get involved in. She loves interacting with people, guiding and assisting her customers with passion and verve every step of the way. If you need bookkeeping and admin services, she’ll always find a way to get the best results.
Lucille’s biggest passion in life is charity work and helping others. She’s been a member of the Lions Clubs International for 10 years and is one of the CANSA Relay for Life Helderberg organisers which takes place on the 25t and 26th of February.

Financial Statements Department Manager
Natasha started with Adminwiz right after school, in January 2009. At first Natasha was doing the filing and making tea, but stayed on course and worked herself all the way up to supervising the Financial Statements department.
Having worked within the company for so long and having been exposed to all the departments, she has an intimate knowledge of all her customers and all departments. Her sound bookkeeping knowledge and “attention to detail” ensures that all Financial Statements are of the highest standard.
Natasha is a hard worker, always friendly and optimistic with good knowledge of QuickBooks and Omni Accounts.
Natasha loves spending time with her family when she’s not working.
Ria Moolman

Ria has been with Adminwiz since January 2014. She’s meticulous and takes “hard working” to a new level. Her speciality is Pastel and Pastel Online. She loves the challenge of a problematic set of books and loves to interact with her customers, ensuring that their bookkeeping needs are met through accuracy and consistency.
Ria likes to walk and explore her surroundings and is always prepared to go out of her way to help others.

Sandra loves hearing that a customer is happy with the service she provides. She’s been working in the financial industry for close to 30 years, having held positions in company registrations dealing with SARS, processing and financial statements. With her positive attitude towards each task that she’s been given, there isn’t a challenge she hasn’t seen – or solved.
When she’s not on the job, Sandra enjoys spending time with her family, line dancing (in which she’s obtained a silver medal), nature, camping, the Bible and art.

Laetitia joined Adminwiz in November 2012. Laetitia’s many years of experience in debtors and payroll have made her appreciate how important it is to deliver a great result. Laetitia believes that loyalty is earned through diligence, and she approaches each day with a sense of determination. She loves salaries / wages, she’s meticulous and is always willing to help.
Laetitia balances her life with family time, being a “bookworm”, crossword puzzles, cooking/catering and loves going for walks if time permits.

Handre joined Adminwiz in July 2015.
Handre is a motivated person who never quits, and takes personal pride in his work. He has experience in multiple industries before joining Adminwiz, so he understands how important it is to build loyal relationships and how important his knowledge is to those customers that need his SARS and CIPC help.
When he’s not on the job, Handre enjoys walking and hiking. He also makes regular donations to his church and local old age home (Huis van Niekerk).

Deidre is a hard worker and doesn’t flail when pressure comes her way. She has a BA Degree in Language & Communication, which makes her an even greater communicator of people.
Deidre always gives her best, in her own words: “I imagine that each and every client is our only client – that way I know I will give my best.”
Volunteering has always been something that Deidre loved doing and whilst at school she was a member of the Interact Club and that has stayed a positive experience even after school. Deidre participated in the CANSA Relay for Life in 2016 and intend to do it again this year.

Samantha joined us for the 1st time from July 2011 until the end of February 2016 and was re-appointed during April 2018. She was in college first and finalised her studies in 2006. She takes pride in what she does and is a loyal, trustworthy and hardworking person who handles every client’s work with extra care and passion.
When not at work she enjoys spending time with her family who are of utmost importance to her. Every bit of free time is family time.
